Data and analytics strategy, Power BI and decision support, requirements, product ownership and business analysis, plus automation, RPA and AI adoption that works in everyday operations.

Agile transformation and hands-on coaching of leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and teams. Individual coaching for personal development and specialist roles, building capability that stays after I leave.
